KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise and coordinate the operator team
- Ensure operational communications meet standards
- Monitor team performance and prepare reports
- Act as a liaison between management and team
- Resolve operational issues and improve efficiency
- Maintain service quality and team productivity
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Male or Female
- Min. Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1)
- Experience as Supervisor, Team Leader, or similar role
- Strong leadership, communication & problem solving
- Good command of English
- Proficient in computer applications
- Able to manage teams and work under pressure
