Production Operator (Night Shift)
Requirements:
Male, aged 22–35 years old.
Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK) graduate or equivalent.
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Production Operator in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
Physically fit and able to perform manual handling and standing work for extended periods.
Willing to work on a night shift schedule from 8:00 PM to 3:00 AM.
Able to follow work instructions, standard operating procedures (SOP), and safety regulations.
Good discipline, responsibility, and attendance record.
Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Basic understanding of production processes and quality control is an advantage.
Willing to work overtime when required.
Responsibilities:
Operate production machinery and equipment according to established procedures.
Perform assembly, packaging, inspection, or other production activities as assigned.
Monitor product quality and report any defects or abnormalities.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
Follow all company safety and operational regulations.
Complete production records and reports accurately.
Working Hours:
Night Shift: 8:00 PM – 3:00 AM
Working days and overtime arrangements are subject to company policy.
