Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operator Live Shopping at Cemerlang Orbit Talenindo located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Operator Live Shopping will be responsible for overseeing live shopping events, engaging with customers during live streams, managing product demonstrations, and providing real-time assistance to shoppers.

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Experience in network, OBS Studio, Instagram Studio, TikTok Studio (FOR LIVE SHOPPING ONLY & E-COMMERCE; NO YOUTUBE OR TV PDORCUTION)

Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and live streaming technology

High Initiative and not lazy

High school diploma or equivalent
