What You Will Do

 Operate and monitor live streaming sessions, ensuring technical readiness and smooth performance.

 Manage product selections, add products to the cart, and monitor promotions and stock availability during live sessions.

 Handle daily studio operations, including equipment checks and setup before going live.

 Guide and support live stream hosts, monitor comments, and help maintain audience engagement.

 Provide insights on frequently asked customer questions to support business improvements.

 Lead and coordinate hosts to achieve company’s live commerce targets and KPIs.

 Able to train and evaluate Hosts.

Requirements

 Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Communication, Business Management, or related fields.

 Minimum 2 years of experience as a live streaming operator, preferably in the e-commerce industry.

 Flexible to work on shifting or irregular schedules.

 Proficient in using live streaming tools, software, and equipment.

 Strong communication skills and the ability to improvise during unexpected situations.

 Solid understanding of live commerce systems and online streaming platforms.

 Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work well under pressure.
