- Provide administrative support to various departments within the organization.
- Assist in managing the logistics and supply chain processes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases. This can involve data entry, filing, and document management.
- Facilitate communication within the organization by distributing memos, emails, and other relevant informations
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client or customer satisfaction.
- Support various projects by helping with project management tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring project deadlines are met.
- Ensure that the organization's products or services meet quality standards by conducting quality control checks and implementing quality improvement processes.
- Identify and resolve operational issues, collaborating with other team members to find practical solutions.
- Work closely with other team members, including management, to achieve the organization's operational goals and objectives.
- Support customer service function
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Previous experience in operations or related roles may be beneficial.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as Microsoft Office and data management software.
- Detail-oriented and ability to work well under pressure.
