Key Responsibilities:
- Compile, evaluate, and coordinate with branches regarding daily operations to ensure alignment with HQ standards.
- Support the calculation of inventory requirements based on forecasted demand.
- Monitor daily branch operational compliance to SOPs, including opening attendance, raw material readiness, cooking process, cooling procedures, and end-of-day box preparation
- Follow up, flag, and escalate issues on any anomalies or SOP violations in real-time.
- Compile and report daily compliance rates to the HQ team.
Requirements:
- Willing to work night shift
- Bachelor's Degree from any major
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data management.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work accurately under pressure.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Able to work independently and manage tasks effectively with minimal supervision.
- Committed to completing tasks and meeting strict deadlines.
