We’re Hiring! – Operation Support
📍 Location: Jakarta
We’re looking for a detail-oriented & tech-savvy Operation Support to handle all data, document processing, and field operations.
You’ll be great at this role if you:
✅ Master Google Sheets functions: IF, IFERROR, H/VLOOKUP, IMPORTRANGE, INDEX MATCH, ARRAYFORMULA, etc.
✅ Can work with Google Docs, Slides & Data Studio
✅ Have adequate knowledge of automotive general insurance & custodian services
✅ Are accurate, responsible, and a fast learner
✅ Can work independently & in a team
✅ Have good communication skills
✅ Willing to travel for operational needs
Your role will include:
📊 Data processing, reconciliation, and matching
📦 Supporting field operations (unit handover, document delivery, insurance, etc.)
📝 Accurate and error-free data entry
