Deskripsi pekerjaan Operations Support Supervisor Bali Floating Company
Purpose A cross-trained supervisor who provides coverage for Shift Supervisor, Customer Concierge, and Office Admin, and can independently manage operations when required.
Main Responsibilities:
- Cover Shift Supervisor – 2 days/week
- Cover Customer Concierge – 2 days/week
- Cover Office Admin – 1 day/week
- Handle special projects / operational support – 1 day/week
- Delegate tasks and manage team priorities.
- Handle routine operational and customer issues independently.
- Make operational decisions with the same authority as the Shift Supervisor when covering the SS role.
- Escalate major or sensitive issues to the Senior Operations Manager.
Requirements:
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Good time management and prioritization.
- Able to work independently and take ownership.
- Cross-trained across operations, customer service, and administration.
