Deskripsi pekerjaan Operations Support Officer PT Borneo Mandiri Investment
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist operations in overseeing the issuance of job orders, closely monitor project progress, and coordinate the availability as well as timely release of materials or items needed, ensuring all project activities run smoothly and are completed without delays
- Support logistics operations and administration, including data entry, documentation, inventory data and record keeping.
- Support the implementation and documentation of the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Provide administrative and operational support to ensure smooth day-to-day activities.
- Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvements in logistics, project monitoring, and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, administration, or project support (fresh graduates with strong motivation are welcome).
- Familiar with logistics documentation (Receiving, Inventory Management, Delivery notes, etc).
- Basic knowledge of project monitoring and coordination.
- Understanding of Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001 or similar) is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and time management skills; able to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
- Detail-oriented, accurate in documentation, and systematic in work
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English (oral & written).
- Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Willing to assist cross-department tasks and support operational activities.
