PT Perdana Solusi Internasional is a Talent Outsourcing Firm based in Singapore, now expanding in Batam. We rely on a software platform to support Singaporean companies from Batam. We work hand in hand seamlessly between Singapore and Indonesia. The Operations Support Officer position offers an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about enhancing operational efficiency and client satisfaction.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Operations Support Officer position located in Batam. This role will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the company. Key responsibilities include providing efficient customer service, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with administrative tasks. This position requires strong communication skills, both verbal and written. The ideal candidate will also possess proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, which will be essential for managing various operational tasks.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing and handling daily operational tasks
• Experience in ensuring customer satisfaction
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken (required)
• Ability in Mandarin, either written or spoken
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields
• Onsite fulltime job in Batam, from 7am-8pm, alternate 3-4 working days a week
