Deskripsi pekerjaan Operations Supervisor Y Ventures Group Ltd.
- Serve as the main liaison between the commercial team, publishers, and the operations team.
- Communicate with stakeholders globally to understand shipment and operational requirements.
- Validate and convert key operational documents (IO, PR, PO) and ensure accuracy before processing shipments.
- Monitor and track shipment progress using Excel and update necessary tracking sheets.
- Identify and address any abnormalities or adjustments required in the operational process.
- Collaborate with operations coordinators to relay requests and ensure timely responses.
- Maintain records of communications and operational activities for reporting purposes.
- Support the operations team in managing relationships with 3PL partners.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
- Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of experience with Amazon Marketplace and Seller Central, or similar marketplace/ERP systems.
- Familiarity with logistics and supply chain processes is a plus.
- Skills:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact with diverse teams across various regions.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with tracking systems.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail to identify issues and implement solutions effectively.
- Attributes:

- Adaptability to changing circumstances and challenges within a dynamic work environment.
