Position Hospitality All-Rounder

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a dedicated and versatile Hospitality All-Rounder to join our boutique hotel team. This role moves fluidly across departments — front desk, housekeeping, bar, and food & beverage — delivering genuine, attentive service at every guest touchpoint. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Front Desk & Guest Services
– Welcome guests and manage check-in/out using GuestPro PMS
– Handle reservations, room assignments, and special requests
– Process payments, foreign currency exchange, and daily billing accurately
– Respond to guest enquiries by phone, email, and in person
– Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
Housekeeping
– Clean and prepare guest rooms and villas to boutique 5-star standards
– Replenish amenities, minibar, and linen in line with hotel standards
– Log and report maintenance issues and lost property without delay
Bar Service
– Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages
– Maintain a clean, stocked, and well-presented bar at all times
– Guide guests confidently through the drinks menu and offer recommendations
– Conduct daily stock counts and process bar transactions via POS
– Practise responsible service of alcohol at all times
Food & Beverage
– Take food and beverage orders accurately, noting dietary requirements and allergies
– Maintain solid knowledge of the menu, ingredients, and preparation methods
Concierge & Guest Experience
– Serve as a knowledgeable local guide — temples, markets, tours, dining, and experiences
– Arrange transport, activities, spa bookings, and special occasion setups
– Assist with luggage, airport transfers, and departure logistics
– Coordinate on-site wellness activities including yoga, meditation, and spa experiences
REQUIREMENTS
Essential
– Excellent spoken and written English; Bahasa Indonesia fluency required
– Experience in at least two hotel departments (front desk, F&B, housekeeping, or bar)
– Proficiency with GuestPro PMS preferred; experience with any hotel PMS considered
– Confident, warm communicator with a genuine passion for guest service
– Well-presented, punctual, and dependable
– Ability to work rotating shifts including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
– Physical fitness to perform cleaning, carrying, and active floor duties
Desirable
– Diploma or certificate in Hospitality or Hotel Management
– Experience in a boutique or lifestyle hotel environment
– Barista, cocktail, or bartending certification
– First Aid certificate
– Additional language skills (Mandarin, Japanese, French, or German advantageous)
