RESPONSIBILITIES:

Oversee pre-opening and daily restaurant operations
Maintain strong floor presence and service standards
Lead, train. And develop the team
Implement and maintain SOPs and operational procedures
Coordinate closely with kitchen and bar teams
Manage scheduling and operational readiness
Handle guest feedback and service recovery
Support recruitment and onboarding
Drive operational improvements and efficiency
Report regularly to the Group Operations Manager
