Responsibilities
As a Operations executive, you will be overseeing both operational and sales functions, managing office operations, and fostering strong customer relationships. Your responsibilities will include:
  1. Customer Relationship Management: Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  2. Office Management: Oversee daily office operations, including managing administrative tasks, organizing office logistics, and maintaining a productive and efficient work environment.
  3. Team Leadership: Provide leadership and support to the operations and sales team, setting clear goals, monitoring performance, and fostering a collaborative and motivated work culture.
  4. Building Rapport: Establish and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
  5. Sales Negotiation and Closure: Skillfully handle objections, negotiate contracts, and close deals with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Requirements
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin
  • Exceptional Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
  • Motivated and Driven: Self-starter with a hunger for success, driven to go the extra mile to achieve exceptional results.
