We are looking for a dynamic Operation Manager to oversee daily operations at both Bounce Street Asia (Trampoline Park) and Naughty Olive (Café-Restaurant). This role is responsible for leading operation teams, ensuring service excellence, operational efficiency, and a safe, fun environment for all guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate daily operations across arena and F&B outlets.
- Supervise team leaders and staff to ensure SOP, safety, and hygiene compliance.
- Oversee facility maintenance needs, coordinate repairs, and ensure all equipment and areas are in good working condition.
- Handle scheduling, attendance, and shift performance.
- Monitor customer experience and resolve issues effectively.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Marketing to achieve business goals.
- Report daily operations and improvement plans to upper management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Management, or related fields.
- Min. 2 years of experience as an Operations Manager (F&B / Recreation industry preferred).
- Strong leadership, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Hands-on and proactive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
- Willing to work on weekends and public holidays (shift-based).
