Operations JD (Trading Operations / Settlement Officer)
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for trade execution activities in the Indonesian local futures and commodities market, including order processing, matching, position management, and real-time risk monitoring.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local institutional and retail clients, providing professional market analysis and trading support.
- Monitor market volatility and handle abnormal trading activities promptly, while reporting suspicious transactions to the compliance department.
- Coordinate with the clearing institution (Lembaga Kliring Berjangka) to complete daily trade registration and settlement processes.
- Maintain direct data connectivity with the futures exchange (Bursa Berjangka) for real-time trade execution and order management.
- Assist in preparing daily/weekly trading reports and regulatory reporting documentation.
Requirements
- Must possess an official Wakil Pialang Berjangka (WPB) license issued by Bappebti. (Mandatory — candidates without a valid WPB license will not be considered.)
- Holders of TLUP (Professional Proficiency Certificate) or equivalent futures trading certifications will be prioritized.
- Indonesian citizens are preferred, or foreign candidates with a valid Indonesian working visa (ITAS Kerja).
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in forex trading, brokerage, or futures trading operations.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong trade execution capabilities and market judgment, with the ability to make fast decisions under pressure.
- Strong risk management and compliance awareness, with strict adherence to AML and client suitability principles.
- Proficient in MetaTrader 5 or equivalent trading platforms/systems.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to interact effectively with local clients and regulatory authorities.
- Strong English communication skills.
Operations JD (Settlement & Reconciliation)
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for all settlement, clearing, and reconciliation activities, ensuring all transaction data is fully aligned with the exchange and clearing institution records.
- Monitor daily transaction flows and handle abnormal trades, trade discrepancies, and open positions in a timely manner.
- Strictly comply with front-middle-back office segregation principles and must not participate in front-office trading decisions or direct trade execution.
