We’re hiring: Operations Manager
The Kitchen House, Bali
We’re looking for an organised, friendly and hands-on Operations Manager to help lead our team and keep things running smoothly at The Kitchen House.
We cater for weddings, events and private celebrations across Bali. You’ll work closely with the owners, supporting our teams and helping bring everything together, from the day-to-day operations to the details that make each event special.
What you’ll be doing
* Overseeing daily operations and keeping our kitchen, sales and events teams connected and organised.
* Managing team leaders and staff, making sure everyone understands their responsibilities and has the support they need.
* Keeping an eye on budgets, costs, payments and the overall financial performance of the business.
* Looking after client communication from confirmed bookings through to event day.
* Coordinating event details with clients, planners and our internal teams, including preparing wedding and event run sheets.
* Helping us improve the way we work while maintaining the quality and service our clients know us for.
A little about you
You’re confident managing people, fluent in English, comfortable with numbers and good at keeping things organised. You communicate clearly, enjoy working with clients and can calmly find solutions when plans change.
Experience in weddings or events would be a big plus, but it’s not essential. We’d also love to hear from people with a background in hospitality, catering or operations who are keen to bring their skills to the role.
You don’t need to have done every part of the job before, we’re looking for someone with solid management experience, a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
