Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field;

Scheduling and Planning: Creating schedules, timelines, and plans for various operational activities, such as order schedules or delivery schedules

Coordination: Collaborating with different departments or teams to ensure coordination and alignment of operational activities across the organization.

Process Improvement: Identifying inefficiencies or areas for improvement in operational processes and implementing solutions to streamline workflows and improve productivity.

Inventory Management: Monitoring inventory levels, tracking inventory movements, and ensuring adequate stock levels to meet operational needs.

Documentation: Maintaining accurate records, documentation, and reports related to operational activities, such as production reports, inventory records, and performance metrics.

Problem-solving: Resolving operational issues or challenges that arise in a timely and effective manner, troubleshooting problems, and implementing corrective actions as needed.

Communication: Serving as a point of contact for operational matters, communicating with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and Amazon related topics
