Deskripsi pekerjaan Operations Manager PT Saka Digital Indonesia (Cave Men's Grooming)
Responsibilities:
- Align operations strategies with the company’s vision and values, ensuring they are in line with organizational objectives.
- Lead best practices in overall operations activities including retail operations, online operations, logistics, warehouse management, customer service, and data analytics.
- Formulate business strategy in collaboration with senior management, providing advice and executing on all aspects of operations to achieve company goals, including north star OKRs and cost control measures. Implement Standard Operating
- Procedures (SOPs) to optimize operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with other internal divisions to ensure seamless integration of operations and utilize technology to deliver a superior customer experience through the company’s omnichannel approach.
- Take responsibility for training, and retaining operations staff, ensuring the team is equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Have min 3 years experience in operations management, preferably in retail with a strong understanding of retail operations, logistics, and customer service.
- Demonstrated ability to formulate and execute business strategies, with a focus on achieving key objectives and controlling costs.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in data analytics to drive informed decision-making.
