Operations Manager
Sol Rooftop · Pererenan, Bali
Sol Rooftop is looking for an Operations
Manager to join our team in Pererenan.
We are looking for someone hands-on,
organized, and confident in daily operations,
with strong hospitality standards and the
ability to support both the team and the guest
experience.
This position is open to Indonesian citizens
only, preferably Bali-based.
The role includes:
• Supporting daily venue operations
• Assisting the General Manager with team
coordination
• Maintaining service standards across the floor
• Handling guest feedback and operational
issues
• Helping with bookings, events, and day-to-day
communication
• Working closely with bar, floor, kitchen,
marketing, and management teams
• Making sure the venue runs smoothly during
service
Requirements:
• Indonesian citizens only
• Bali-based preferred or willing to relocate
• Previous experience in hospitality
management or supervisory roles
• Strong communication skills and excellent
English required
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced
environment
• Strong problem-solving mindset
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and
event days when needed
This is a full-time position for someone who
wants to grow within a busy rooftop venue with
ocean views, daily operations, events, and a
strong team environment.
