We are seeking an experienced and strategic Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our daily business operations. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless operational workflow, driving process improvements, managing team performance, and aligning daily activities with our overarching business goals. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong problem-solving skills, financial acumen, and a track record of enhancing productivity and cross-departmental collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership: Oversee daily business activities, streamline workflows, and ensure efficient resource allocation across departments.
- Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks, implement scalable operational procedures, and enforce best practices to improve overall productivity and quality.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and evaluate team members to foster a high-performance, collaborative work environment.
- Resource & Budget Management: Assist in budget planning, monitor operational costs, and manage vendor/supplier relationships to maximize cost-efficiency.
- Performance Tracking: Establish operational KPIs, track performance metrics, and deliver regular performance reports to senior leadership.
Requirements & Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of experience in an operations management or operational leadership role.
- Proven track record in process implementation, project management, and team leadership.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
