Buba Tea is looking for a passionate and experienced Operations Manager to lead our daily operations and help grow our premium beverage brand.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of the café

Lead, train, and motivate the team

Ensure excellent product quality and customer service

Control inventory, purchasing, and stock management

Monitor food & beverage costs and operational expenses

Create staff schedules and oversee team performance

Maintain and improve SOPs

Work with suppliers and delivery platforms (Grab & GoFood)

Analyze sales and identify opportunities to improve business performance

Requirements

Minimum 2–3 years of management experience in F&B

Strong leadership and organizational skills

Experience managing café or restaurant operations

Knowledge of inventory control and food cost

Experience in Excel, Poster (pos) and QuickBooks

Ability to solve problems independently

Good English communication skills

Indonesian citizen (WNI)
