Bali Keepers is looking for an experienced *Operations Manager* to oversee the daily operations of our growing nanny agency. You will manage both the nanny recruitment process and client service operations while helping scale the business.
### Key Responsibilities
* Manage the nanny recruitment and onboarding process
* Oversee daily operations and resolve client or nanny issues
* Monitor service quality and booking performance
* Improve operational processes and team efficiency
* Analyze KPIs and report directly to the owner
* Build and manage a small support team as the business grows
### Requirements
* 2–3+ years of operations management experience
* Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
* Comfortable working with KPIs, processes, and operational metrics
* Good spoken English
* Experience with CRM or AI/automation tools is a plus
* Based in or willing to relocate to Bali
