OPERATIONS MANAGER (Based in Bali)

Zemara Deep Cleaning Service is looking for a hands-on Operations Manager to help us build and lead our professional cleaning operations in Ubud.

We are looking for someone who is responsible, capable of leading a team, and committed to maintaining consistently high service standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and coordinate cleaning teams

• Conduct quality control and implement SOPs

• Train staff and plan daily operations

• Communicate with clients

• Manage equipment and cleaning supplies

• Help build and continuously improve operational processes

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in housekeeping, professional cleaning, or hospitality

• Previous leadership experience

• Strong organizational skills

• Detail-oriented and hands-on working style

• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia

• Good working proficiency in English

• Reliable, proactive, and solution-oriented

Strong advantage: Experience in hotels, villas, resorts, or professional cleaning services.
