Flokq started with an idea to make people feel at home in a city with overwhelming opportunities, ever-reducing space, and increasing isolation. We began our journey with a three-pronged approach - affordable and convenient housing, the ability to connect with like-minded people and fixing a city’s housing problems.
As a young start up in the prop-tech space, we’ve grown many folds over the last few months and achieved significant milestones. We also raised funding from prominent angels and other strategic investors! All thanks to a small, closely knit team who strives to be better, rolling up their sleeves to solve this large problem everyday
Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Intern to join our team. In this role, you will support various operational functions and contribute to enhancing overall efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate and coordinate with operations, sales teams, and external parties to achieve objectives.
- Oversee and contribute to all operations activities, including move-ins, escalations, move-outs, payments, administration, etc.
- Track inbound and outbound payments, including updating and actively collecting payments from customers and external parties, and report on them.
- Enhance customer satisfaction by monitoring feedback and reviews, and creating reports to increase the retention rate.
- Participate in revising standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in management, marketing, or related field.
- 0-1 year experience in a similar role.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong conflict resolution skills.
- In-depth knowledge of operations and sales.
- Advanced communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathy and patience.
- Advanced organizational skills.
- Commit 6-8 months internship
