Job Description:
- Support daily marketplace operations (Shopee & TikTok Shop).
- Analyze sales and performance data to generate insights.
- Assist in planning and optimizing e-commerce advertising campaigns.
- Prepare reports and monitor key business metrics.
- Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, and Design teams.
- Participate in campaign planning and execution.
- Affiliate Intern
Job Description:
- Assist with onboarding creators into the affiliate program.
- Follow up on product shipments, content creation, and partnership progress.
- Manage and update the creator database and campaign performance records.
- Monitor affiliate performance, including content output, engagement, and sales.
- Support the execution of affiliate campaigns and other affiliate marketing activities.
- E-Commerce Supply Chain Intern
Job Description:
- Support weekly and monthly inventory reporting.
- Update promotional campaign details and coordinate with warehouse operations.
- Maintain and update affiliate product order tagging data.
- Conduct research on the latest marketplace platform policies and regulations, then summarize key updates for the operations team.
- Assist with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks related to supply chain activities.
General Qualifications
- Fresh graduate or currently waiting for graduation from any major (Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields are preferred).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (basic formulas) and comfortable working with data.
- Passionate about e-commerce, digital marketing, and business operations.
- Familiar with collaboration tools such as Google Workspace or Microsoft Teams.
- Good communication skill, pro-active, & initiative.
Role-Specific Qualifications
E-Commerce Supply Chain Intern
- Advanced in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
- Basic understanding of supply chain, inventory management, or e-commerce operations.
- Experience using an Order Management System (OMS) is an advantage.
E-Commerce Intern
- Basic knowledge in e-commerce, digital marketing, or data analytics workflow.
Affiliate Intern
- Active user of TikTok, Shopee, and Instagram.
- Understand about latest market/social media trend especially in beauty industry.
- Experience in student organizations, internships, or voluntary projects is a plus.
