We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual with a passion for operational efficiency to join our team as an Operations Integration Assistant. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- Strong understanding of daily factory or plant operations
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies
- Ability to generate and interpret operational reports, KPIs, and dashboards
- Experience with SAP, Oracle, or equivalent manufacturing/operations software
- Ability to assess, report, and mitigate operational risks
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities efficiently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of safety regulations and equipment maintenance is essential
- Ability to guide teams, prioritize tasks, and support the GM of Operations
- Strong collaboration skills with both internal and external stakeholders
- Analytical thinking and proactive problem-solving skills
- Ensuring compliance, efficiency, and accuracy in operational execution
- Proficiency in English (written & spoken) for reporting and business communication
- Minimum of 5 years experience in operations or manufacturing
- Placement in Karanganyar
Job Description
- Oversee daily operational tasks to ensure seamless workflow for the GM of Operations
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, HRD, and other departments
- Resolve minor operational issues and assist with purchasing and export activities
- Prepare and submit accurate reports for the GM of Operations to support decision-making
- Implement strategies for workload tracking, task automation, and cross-training to optimize resources
- Organize and document cross-functional meetings to ensure alignment and accountability
- Conduct audits to ensure compliance, implement corrective actions, and promote a compliance-driven culture
- Monitor key operational KPIs and provide performance reports to the GM of Operations
- Assess operational risks, track issues, and implement preventive actions to reduce risks
- Identify skill gaps and organize training programs to enhance team performance
- Evaluate operational processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvements for better efficiency
