Key Responsibilities:
- Manage quotations, customer inquiries, and sales processes.
- Source and negotiate with suppliers for competitive pricing, quality, and supply reliability.
- Handle end-to-end purchasing, including PO issuance and delivery tracking.
- Support tender sourcing and submission with the Category Management team.
- Identify new product opportunities and provide market insights.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and key accounts.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth procurement and timely delivery.
- Support sales growth through upselling, cross-selling, and team collaboration.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 1–3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, sourcing, or supplier management.
- Good understanding of sourcing, supplier evaluation, negotiation, purchasing, and delivery coordination.
- Strong communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Experienced in managing suppliers and resolving issues related to quality, orders, and delivery.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
