Operations Associate / Coordinator
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Associate / Coordinator to support day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
You will be responsible for operational coordination, lease administration, data management, recruitment support, and general office administration to ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound operational activities, including rent collection follow-ups and invoice processing.
- Prepare, review, and manage lease-related documents such as tenancy agreements, invoices, and supporting administrative paperwork.
- Maintain and update operational data, records, and reports accurately.
- Assist in the hiring process, including candidate shortlisting and conducting first-round interviews.
- Support general administrative tasks, including compiling and verifying payable bills, office administration, and vendor coordination.
- Track operational issues and escalations, maintain escalation logs, and prepare regular escalation reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient daily operations and tenant support.
- Help improve operational processes and administrative workflows as the company grows.
- Source, upload, and maintain property listings, ensuring information is accurate and up to date
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, Human Resources, or related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in operations, administration, property management, leasing, or coordination roles is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Good communication and strong problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace, especially Excel or Google Sheets.
- Comfortable handling documentation, data management, and administrative processes
- Familiarity with property listings platforms and lease administration is a plus.
- Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken, is preferred.
