About the Role
We're looking for an organised, detail-oriented graduate to join us as an Operations Assistant on a 1-year contract. You'll work across both our Sales and Product teams, keeping the wheels turning on day-to-day tasks that are essential but often fall between the cracks — things like maintaining documentation, migrating content between tools, and drafting user-facing materials.
This is a hands-on, practical role. You won't be leading projects, but you'll be an important part of making them run smoothly. If you're someone who takes pride in getting things done thoroughly and enjoys variety in their work, this could be a great fit.
Responsibilities
What You'll Be Doing
Day-to-day work will vary depending on what the teams need. Over the course of the year, you can expect a mix of:
- Documentation and writing — producing and maintaining user-facing and internal materials such as guides, manuals, and process docs
- Operational support — helping both the Sales and Product teams with tasks that keep things moving, from content migrations to general admin
- Tool and platform work — getting hands-on with the tools we use, learning them, and helping the team get more out of them
Some stretches will involve more structured, repeatable work; others will pull you into something new. We'll try to give you exposure to both teams and different types of work over time, though the balance will shift based on what's most needed.
Requirements
What We're Looking For
- A university degree in any discipline — we care more about how you work than what you studied
- Comfortable with everyday office and productivity tools (e.g. Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Notion, Lark, or similar)
- Comfortable using AI and automation tools in practical, hands-on ways — not just chat, but as part of how you work
- Willing to learn new tools on the job — you don't need to know everything already, but you should be happy to pick things up quickly
- Strong written English — clear, concise communication is important for documentation work
- Reliable, methodical, and attentive to detail
- Able to work independently and manage your own time across multiple teams
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for learning different parts and operations of what makes a SaaS product
Nice to Have
- An eye for visual design and layout
- Experience in technical writing or creating instructional content
- Familiarity with SaaS products or a tech/startup environment
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese to liaise with regional stakeholders
