Job description for Operations and Customer Success Associate at Doyobi
- Putting a smile on the faces of people as you communicate with parent customers to address their queries and concerns
- Building relationships with parents to empathise and understand their needs, and translating that into insights for the product team
- Making things more efficient by developing and iterating processes across class enrolment, teacher facilitation and internal team communications
- A carer by nature with a high dose of empathy in your veins
- Experience in customer-facing roles, with a strong foundation in delivering delightful customer experiences
- Gets energised from interacting with people and building relationships with them
- Passionate about improving the state of education and interest in the edtech landscape
- Adept at quickly becoming an expert user in new digital tools such as Airtable, Customer.io and Notion
- Process-driven and comfortable with seeking the clarity needed to execute operational processes
- Able to marry logical thinking with a strong sense of emotional awareness to deliver human-centered solutions to problems
- Always looking for ways to improve the system, and taking the initiative to do so when the opportunity presents itself
- Understands the usage of tonality in written communications and able to build rapport with customers quickly without even meeting them
