Yolla Hospitality is looking for an Operations Assistant.
Salary (probation period of 3 months): Rp. 4.000.000, -/ month.
Salary (after probation): Rp. 4.500.000, -/ month, full coverage under BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan will be provided.
48 (forty eight) hours per week, working 6 (six) days with 1 (one) day off each week.
Position Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar or related position.
- Tech Savvy (Confident with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Task Management apps, Slack)
- Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal forms.
- VERY GOOD ENGLISH is a must.
- Strong organisational, scheduling, proactivity and multitasking abilities.
- Already located in Bali.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Attend operations meetings and briefings, taking accurate notes for follow-up.
- Coordinate and follow up with the team to ensure timely completion of tasks assigned by the Operations Manager.
- Create and maintain performance logs, inventory sheets, etc.
- Act as the liaison between the Operations Department and other departments.
- Assist Operations Manager in preparing reports and maintaining records of Supervisors’ performance.
- Conduct random inspections of various villas to ensure standards are met, and promptly report any issues to the Operations Manager.
- Follow up with Finance and Purchasing Department on pending Purchase Orders related to Operations.
- Perform any other administrative duties assigned by the Operations Manager.
