Deskripsi pekerjaan Operations Admin & Front Desk (reclub) PT. URBAN PADEL INDONESIA
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers (members & non-members)
- Handle customer check-in, court bookings, and payments
- Operate and manage booking platforms such as Reclub and Courtside
- Invite and coordinate players for Reclub activities
- Respond to customer inquiries through WhatsApp and other channels
- Input, update, and maintain customer and booking data
- Prepare simple daily reports using Excel
- Coordinate with hosts and operations team
- Handle cashier duties and ensure accurate transactions
- Maintain a professional, friendly, and organized front desk area
Requirements:
- Experience in administration, online shop/e-commerce, customer service, or front desk is a plus
- Comfortable working with multiple applications and online platforms
- Able to operate Microsoft Excel (intermediate)
- Detail-oriented and comfortable with data entry and repetitive administrative tasks
- Friendly, communicative, and comfortable interacting directly with customers
- Familiar with WhatsApp Business, Instagram, and/or e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Tokopedia, or Lazada
- Fast learner and willing to learn booking platforms such as Reclub and Courtside
- Responsible, proactive, and organized
- Willing to work night shifts and rotating shifts
- Able to communicate in English is a plus
