Deskripsi pekerjaan Operational Supervisor PT Tanks Station Indonesia
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operational activities to ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance with company procedures.
- Lead and coordinate operational and technical teams to achieve productivity targets.
- Monitor the implementation of Occupational Health & Safety (K3) regulations in all operational areas.
- Conduct regular inspections and identify operational or safety improvement opportunities.
- Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance activities are executed according to schedule.
- Investigate operational incidents, equipment failures, and safety issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports and performance metrics.
- Coordinate with internal departments, contractors, and vendors to support operational requirements.
- Ensure operational equipment and facilities remain in safe and reliable condition.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve operational effectiveness and cost efficiency.
- Conduct toolbox meetings and safety briefings before operational activities.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in operations, maintenance, or engineering.
- Possess a valid General K3 Certification (AK3U), or other Certification is a plus
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good understanding of operational procedures and workplace safety.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
