About the role
CV Mulia (Mulia Box) is seeking a Supervisor Operasional to join our operations team in Bandung, West Java. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our manufacturing and logistics operations. As Supervisor Operasional, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operational activities, managing team performance, and maintaining the highest standards of productivity and safety across our facilities. This role is integral to achieving our operational excellence goals and supporting the growth of CV Mulia (Mulia Box).
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise operational teams, including Sales, Production, Creative Design, and Finance
- Ensure smooth daily operations and achievement of company targets
- Manage, develop, and improve the performance of operational teams
- Monitor KPI achievements across all departments
- Ensure SOPs are implemented consistently and effectively
- Identify operational issues and execute corrective improvements
- Coordinate workflow and communication between departments
- Prepare operational reports and provide improvement recommendations
- Drive team productivity and overall performance enhancement
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any major
- Minimum 3 years of experience in operational/manufacturing industry
- Strong interest in the packaging manufacturing industry
- Proven experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or similar operational management role, preferably within manufacturing sectors
- Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail
- Creative, communicative, assertive, and result-oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
