Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in any field, preferably in Hospitality or related field
• Proven experience in operations or supervisory role is preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to manage and coordinate teams effectively
• Familiar with operational systems and basic reporting
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays if needed
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken) is an advantage
