WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
A bachelor's degree in any related field.
Proven experience as an HR team for a minimum 1-2 years
Able to work in a fast-paced environment with result driven approach
Attention to details and ability to communicate effectively
Excellent self-confidence & communication skill in facing all management level
Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
Advance knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) will be a plus
Aptitude in problem-solving & analytical thinking
Knowledge/experience in IT industry will be a plus
Fresh graduate with a strong willingness to grow is welcome to apply

JOB DESCRIPTION :
Handle end-to-end employees’ need and/or request
Maintain operational data, and monitoring product inventories
In charge in running a continuous talent acquisition program
Collect, input & maintain all employee-related-administrative tasks
Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training, events & development initiatives
Gather & analyse data with useful HR metrics, such as: time to hire and employee turnover rates
Promote HR programs to create an efficient & conflict-free workplace
Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits & organizing team building activities
Ensure implementation & compliance with labour & company regulations
