We represent our client, an established wedding and event venue provider offering thoughtfully designed spaces for various occasions such as weddings, engagements, private gatherings, and corporate functions. Their venue combines aesthetic ambience, professional service, and customizable arrangements to ensure memorable and seamless event experiences for clients across diverse needs and styles.
Responsibilities:
* Supervise daily engineering and maintenance operations.
* Monitor MEP, HVAC, fire protection, and electrical systems to ensure optimal performance.
* Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs and SOPs.
* Lead and coordinate the technical team to achieve operational targets.
* Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, MEP, or related field).
* Minimum 4–5 years of engineering experience, preferably in hotels, commercial properties, or industrial facilities.
* Proven experience leading a technical team.
* Strong knowledge of MEP, HVAC, fire systems, and electrical troubleshooting.
* Familiar with maintenance management systems is a plus.
* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
