Deskripsi pekerjaan Operational Specialist Mandarin Speaker (Banjarmasin/Makassar) PT Miniso Lifestyle Trading Indonesia
Responsibilities :
- Assist the Regional Manager with the preparation of reports, presentations and other business documents
- Provide administrative and operational support to the management team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and enhance operational efficiency
- Conduct store inspections to ensure the store operates smoothly
- Perform other administrative and operational duties as required
Requirements :
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in an Administrative and/or Operational role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Fresh graduates with strong administration skills are welcome to apply
- Excellent command of both written and spoken Mandarin is a must
- Proficient in the use of office productivity tools, such as Ms. Office suite
- Passionate about the retail industry environment
- Good interpersonal skills, communicative, flexible, and adaptable
- Willing to do business trips & mutation rotation based on company needs
- Work Location: Placed in Banjarmasin / Makassar
