This role is part of the Operations team and focuses on monitoring operational performance, sales achievement, and business improvement initiatives across multiple stores.
Job Responsibilities
- Monitor daily operational and sales performance across multiple stores/outlets.
- Prepare, maintain, and analyze operational and sales reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Conduct sales analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement sales programs, promotions, and operational initiatives to improve store performance.
- Monitor store productivity, traffic, conversion, and revenue achievement.
- Coordinate with store teams to ensure operational execution aligns with business and sales objectives.
- Conduct regular store visits to evaluate operational performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Provide recommendations and action plans based on operational and sales performance analysis.
- Support management in achieving company sales targets and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) from any major.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Retail, F&B, Entertainment, Playground, or Multi-Branch Operations.
- Experience in handling operational reporting and sales performance monitoring is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret operational and sales data.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
- Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Willing to conduct regular store visits when required.
