Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations.
Ensure excellent customer service and maintain service quality standards.
- Monitor and manage ESB/POS systems and back-office operational reports.
- Handle operational administration and ensure accurate documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors and third parties related to restaurant operational needs.
- Monitor restaurant facilities and equipment, and coordinate maintenance or repairs when necessary.
- Ensure all staff follow company SOPs, operational standards, and workplace discipline.
- Conduct staff coordination, briefing, and operational supervision during shifts.
- Handle customer complaints and operational issues professionally and efficiently.
- Oversee packaging quality for dine-in, takeaway, and delivery orders.
- Conduct regular stock opname and monitor inventory accuracy.
- Assist in problem solving and decision making during operational issues.
- Prepare and manage staff scheduling, shift arrangements, and manpower allocation.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and operational readiness of all restaurant areas.
- Work closely with management and other departments to improve operational performance.
