Job Description
- Lead and manage the end-to-end operations of the asset tokenization process, including onboarding, verification, and issuance workflows
- Design, implement, and continuously improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) across departments
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operational efficiency, transaction processing, and service quality
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Legal, Compliance, Technology, and Customer Support teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and daily operations
- Manage relationships with external vendors, custodians, and institutional partners
- Ensure operations comply with relevant regulations (e.g., OJK, Bappebti, AML/KYC requirements)
- Identify inefficiencies in current workflows and lead business process optimization initiatives
- Oversee project management for new product rollouts, system upgrades, or operational changes
- Prepare operational reports, dashboards, and performance analyses for senior management
- Manage budgeting and resource allocation for the operations team
- Lead, mentor, and develop the operations team to meet performance targets
- Support risk management and incident response related to operational or transactional issues
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Management, Economics, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in an operations management role, preferably within fintech, banking, digital assets, or blockchain-related industries
- Prior experience in a regulated financial services environment is a strong advantage
- Understanding of blockchain fundamentals and smart contract concepts (technical coding skills not required)
- Familiarity with digital asset/RWA (Real World Asset) tokenization processes
- Knowledge of relevant financial regulations (OJK, Bappebti, or equivalent) and AML/KYC procedures
- Understanding of digital asset custody and security protocols
- Proven experience in operations management, including process design and workflow optimization
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting (e.g., Excel, etc.)
- Experience setting and monitoring KPIs and performance management frameworks
- Ability to develop and execute operational strategy aligned with business goals
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken), for regulatory documentation and international partner communication
- Experience managing vendor/third-party relationships (e.g., custodians, technology providers, institutional partners)
