Requirements – Operations Manager
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in Hospitality, Food Service Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 (five) years of experience as an Operations Manager or equivalent position in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry.
- Strong financial management skills, including budget preparation, budget vs. actual analysis, and operational cost control (COGS, PNL, dll).
- Capable of managing inventory and controlling facility/outlet maintenance costs.
- Basic understanding of outlet marketing strategies and promotional program implementation.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and develop human resources.
- Highly customer service-oriented with a focus on improving the customer experience.
- Experienced in monitoring and analyzing outlet operational performance, including revenue, inventory management, and customer feedback.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and national holidays.
