Operational Manager

Dream Coffee Company is an emerging specialty coffee shop in Bandung. We are looking for a dynamic Operational Manager to lead our daily operations and help us deliver exceptional coffee experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Daily Operations: Oversee all restaurant activities to ensure efficient service and guest satisfaction.
• Team Leadership: Manage staff schedules and foster a collaborative environment between the kitchen and barista teams.
• Inventory & Compliance: Maintain stock levels and ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Strategic Growth: Implement innovative initiatives to enhance the dining experience and improve service quality.

Requirements :

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree.
• Experience: 3–5 years in a similar hospitality or restaurant management role.
• Core Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong hospitality management expertise.
• Bonus: Having a skill in specialty coffee is a plus point.
