We are looking for an Operational Manager who is ready to lead, build, and grow a fast-moving ramen & coffee shop brand with a strong street-style concept.
This role is for someone who is not only experienced in F&B operations, but also has a builder mindset: strategic, hands-on, disciplined, creative, target-driven, and ready to take the brand to the next level.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage daily operations across outlets to ensure smooth, efficient, and consistent performance.
- Oversee bar operation, including coffee, beverage quality, service flow, stock control, and team performance.
- Oversee kitchen operation, including food quality, preparation system, hygiene, production flow, and cost control.
- Set, monitor, and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Create sales strategies to increase traffic, customer retention, and revenue.
- Develop and execute marketing ideas for both online and offline channels.
- Understand and support social media, digital marketing. TikTok Live, and marketplace activities.
- Manage internal and external events, including preparation, coordination, execution, and evaluation.
- Support store expansion, new outlet opening, team setup, and operational development.
- Prepare operational reports, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance analysis.
- Understand basic financial systems, financial reports, cost structure, and administration flow.
- Build, train, lead, and discipline the team to create a strong and healthy working culture.
- Maintain brand standards, product quality, service quality, customer experience, and SOP implementation.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Male/Female.
- Minimum 6-10 years of experience in F&B operations.
- Experience in a cafe, coffee shop, restaurant, ramen shop, fast casual dining, cloud kitchen, or similar F&B business.
- Experience minimum 3 years in a street-style cafe and restaurant.
- Strong knowledge in bar and kitchen operations.
- Strong understanding of sales targets, inventory, cost control, SOP, training, and team management.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian, both speaking and writing.
- Able to create professional presentations in English and Indonesian.
- Strong administration skills.
- Understand budgeting, forecasting, financial systems, and financial reporting.
- Experienced in managing internal events and external events.
- Knowledgeable in social media, digital marketing. Tik Tok Live, and marketplace platforms.
- Passionate about the F&B industry.
- Creative mindset, out-of-the-box thinking, and strong problem-solving skills.
- Great communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Strong leadership, firm, disciplined, detail-oriented, and target-driven.
- Ready to face challenges, pressure, and the fast-paced rhythm of the F&B business.
- Willing to work hands-on and lead directly from the field.
