OPERATIONAL MANAGER
Korean Dining Restaurant | SCBD, Jakarta
We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Operational Manager to lead the daily operations of a premium Korean dining restaurant in SCBD, South Jakarta.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead and oversee daily restaurant operations
• Manage FOH & BOH teams to ensure smooth service
• Monitor sales, cost, inventory, and operational efficiency
• Maintain high standards of service, food quality & guest experience
• Drive team performance, discipline, and productivity
• Handle operational issues and implement effective solutions
• Support business growth and achieve operational & commercial targets
REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum 5 years of experience in F&B operations
• Proven experience as Restaurant Manager / Operations Manager / similar position
• Korean restaurant experience is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of restaurant SOP, service standards & cost control
• Strong leadership, communication & problem-solving skills
• Hands-on, detail-oriented, and commercially driven
• Willing to work in SCBD, South Jakarta
