OPERATIONAL MANAGER
by Room Property Management – Bali
We are looking for an experienced Operational Manager with a strong background in hospitality and villa property management to join our team and build a solid, efficient, and results-driven operational system.
🔎 QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality or villa property management, managing 3–4 properties simultaneously
- Minimum 2 years of experience leading and managing a team of 10+ staff
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Strong ability to build and implement effective operational systems
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on service quality and guest satisfaction
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team-management skills
🎯 KEY TARGETS:
- Achieve a 9.8 rating on Booking.com
- Achieve a 4.9 rating on Airbnb
- Increase revenue through effective upselling strategies and additional services
- Build a structured and efficient operational system
- Improve team performance and maintain consistent service quality
- Ensure an exceptional guest experience
📍 PROPERTIES TO MANAGE:
- Villas in Canggu
- Villas in Bukit
💰 SALARY:
- Starting from IDR 8,000,000/month
- Up to IDR 12,000,000/month based on performance and achievement of targets
⏰ WORKING HOURS:
- 08:00 – 17:00
- 6 working days per week
