Requirements Operational Manager (Resto and Dining Restarurant) :
- Maximum 35 years old
- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in F&B Services Management
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in supervisory or assistant manager role within restaurant industry
- Preferably Area Manager/Senior Manager specialized in F&B Restaurant Service or equivalent.
- Strong in analytics, problem solving and good leadership
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve conflicts and handle challenging situations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with staff, customers, and other departments.
- Fluent in english is a plus
- Willing to be placed BSD, Tangerang
