Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the Data Annotation and AI Data Collection Auditor teams.
- Monitor operational performance and ensure project targets, quality standards, and deadlines are achieved.
- Develop and improve operational processes to maximize productivity and efficiency.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Analyze operational metrics and prepare regular performance reports.
- Lead, coach, and develop team members to achieve operational excellence.
- Identify operational risks and implement effective solutions to maintain service quality.
Qualification:
- Fluent in both spoken and written English is required.
- Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking partners and stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Operations, or a related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Operations Management, preferably in BPO, AI Data Collection, Data Annotation, Content Moderation, or a related industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent analytical and organizational abilities.
