JOB DESCRIPTION – OPERATIONS MANAGER
PT Mamma Mia Global (Mamma Mia Tiramisu)
Kualifikasi / Qualifications:
Usia maksimal 35 tahun
(Maximum age 35 years old)
Wajib bisa berbahasa Inggris (aktif dan pasif)
(Must be fluent in English, both spoken and written)
Memiliki pengalaman kerja di industri F&B (Food & Beverage) minimal 5 tahun
(Minimum 5 years of experience in the Food & Beverage industry)
Memiliki kemampuan kepemimpinan yang baik dan dapat mengelola tim secara efektif
(Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively)
Terbiasa bekerja dengan target, analisa operasional, dan standar pelayanan
(Accustomed to working with targets, operational analysis, and service standards)
Memahami alur operasional restoran dan manajemen biaya (cost control)
(Knowledgeable in restaurant operations flow and cost control management)
Mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik dan menjadi penghubung antara tim operasional dan manajemen pusat
(Excellent communication skills and able to act as a bridge between the operations team and head office management)
Tanggung Jawab / Responsibilities:
Memastikan seluruh kegiatan operasional restoran berjalan dengan lancar dan efisien
(Ensure smooth and efficient daily restaurant operations)
Mengawasi dan mengevaluasi kinerja seluruh tim outlet (kitchen, service, barista, cashier, dll.)
(Supervise and evaluate the performance of all outlet teams — kitchen, service, barista, cashier, etc.)
Menjaga standar kualitas produk dan layanan sesuai dengan SOP perusahaan
(Maintain product and service quality standards according to company SOPs)
Mengelola jadwal kerja, absensi, dan kebutuhan SDM operasional
(Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and operational manpower needs)
Bekerja sama dengan HR, Finance, dan Marketing untuk memastikan pencapaian target outlet
(Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Marketing departments to achieve outlet targets)
Melakukan analisa laporan penjualan, food cost, dan operasional untuk peningkatan efisiensi
(Analyze sales reports, food costs, and operations to improve efficiency)
Menangani keluhan tamu secara profesional dan cepat
(Handle guest complaints promptly and professionally)
Memberikan laporan rutin kepada manajemen pusat terkait performa operasional
(Provide regular reports to head management regarding operational performance)
